My name is Frederic, and from 2001 to 2011, I built a robust foundation in the hospitality industry, working at prestigious establishments such as a Michelin-starred restaurant in Paris and the historic Fairmont Hotel in Vancouver. These experiences shaped my professional identity, instilling essential skills like punctuality, composure under pressure, and an unwavering attention to detail—qualities that continue to define my work ethic.
In 2012, driven by a lifelong passion for art and painting, I pursued a bold career pivot. I enrolled in the Global Makeup Program at Blanche Macdonald Centre in Vancouver, graduating as a certified makeup artist in April 2013. During this transformative year, I discovered a particular affinity for airbrush techniques, which sparked my fascination with airbrush tattoos.
This newfound expertise inspired me to launch INK Vancouver in July 2016. As a locally owned business specializing in premium airbrush tattoos, INK Vancouver has become a trusted name in British Columbia’s event industry, delivering vibrant, interactive experiences for corporate events, grand openings, and private celebrations. My journey from hospitality to artistry reflects my commitment to creativity, precision, and creating memorable moments for clients.

Frederic is extremely professional and an absolute joy to work with throughout the entire process! He outlined a few details about the photoshoot and explained his idea to ensure we were on the same page. Having someone create their art on your exposed back may not be comfortable to some, but he was great and very accommodating. Not to mention, his work is beautiful and is one of the highlights of my modeling career thus far. His professionalism continued even after the shoot day – he was very prompt with providing the photos and updating me with any news. Would highly recommend working with him and I hope to create some more beautiful art with him in the future!
